We designed and built a WordPress website for Bay Area painter Gale Antokal, creating a clean, elegant platform to showcase both her latest work and earlier series. Because ease of updating was a top priority, the site’s structure is highly intuitive—Gale manages most content updates herself, adding new images and descriptions as her practice evolves.
A filterable portfolio organizes her paintings by series and medium, allowing visitors to easily explore the breadth of her work. The overall design emphasizes clarity and restraint: streamlined navigation (Work | Bio | Contact), generous white space, and refined typography that keeps the artwork as the clear visual focus.
