For Maintenance Plan Clients
Our rate is currently $80/hr billed in 15 minute increments.
For Non-Plan Clients
Our rate is currently $100/hr billed in 15 minute increments.
Why Are There Different Hourly Rates?
When we step into a site that hasn’t been regularly maintained or secured under our care, even small updates can require extensive behind-the-scenes work. That’s why rates are higher for sites not enrolled in our Website Care & Support Plan—to account for the additional time and troubleshooting often needed.
Clients on our care plans benefit from a discounted hourly rate because their sites are already running on a strong, well-maintained foundation. It’s one of the many reasons we recommend ongoing care: your site stays in top shape, and you save on hourly work.
What’s Included in Hourly Services?
While full website design or redesign projects are quoted at a fixed rate, we offer hourly billing for things like:
- Extended content or minor design updates
- One-off development tasks
- Adding new features or sections
- Troubleshooting and technical adjustments
Before starting, we’ll gather as many details as possible and provide a time estimate so there are no surprises.
How Does Our Rate Compare?
Our hourly rate remains on the lower end of the industry scale, especially considering the personalized service and professional experience we offer. (Typical freelance web designers and agencies charge anywhere from $55 to $250/hour.)
